Do digits make you nervous? It is a sad fact that most students dread maths. Do not despair. The UKCAT Quantitative Reasoning Subtest is not maths inspection. It is more a test of how you manipulate numerical information to reason out the right answer. UKCAT Section III questions may consist of a graph, table, chart, or a short paragraph followed by a set of MCQs based on it. Each MCQ has five options. The questions test reasoning using numbers rather than Math skills. You may have to use basic calculations and ratios.
TIP: Do make use of the given onscreen calculator available only for this section. Most students miss it and later rue the fact that they did not see it while taking the UKCAT.
