University of Glasgow Declares Criteria For 2011 Medicine Entry

The University of Glasgow has declared their criteria for admissions to their 2012 medical courses. The university states that the candidates wishing to apply for the medicine courses in 2011 must meet the minimum entry requirements of the university. Besides, they should also be able to secure the national UKCAT average score or above in order to be considered. Failing to fulfill any one of these criteria will ensure rejection of the application.

The University states that they will be reviewing, on an average, 800 applicants. The procedure to be followed remains the same as the previous years. Given that the University is likely to receive a tremendous number of applications, it is possible that all candidates might not be reviewed, even if they fulfill all the criteria mentioned. The decision of the University is final regarding the interview.
